I’ve had this debate with many clients and friends over the years: Should a company share its financial information with employees?
Recently, a client told me he shared all the company finances with the entire company and had certain regrets. But he said he also felt some good came from it. He asked my opinion. My response: Open-book management in pest control is not a simple yes-or-no decision. It’s quite a bit more complicated than that.
