Podcast consumption is on the rise in the U.S. Thirty-seven percent of Americans ages 12-plus (104 million people!) listen to podcasts monthly, according to a 2020 report from Edison Research and Triton Digital.
The pest control industry is part of the trend. Several pest control industry podcasts have been launched this year; others have been around for a while.
Here’s a roundup of a few pest control industry podcasts you might want to check out:
PMP Industry Insiders Podcast
Of course, we have to lead with our own! On the PMP Industry Insiders Podcast, our own Dan Gordon and Donnie Shelton from Coalmarch share industry news and host industry leaders to tell their stories and share their expertise. Topics include maximizing revenue and growth for your pest control business.
Prewett Pest Podcast
Join entrepreneur Rusty Prewett as he takes his business, sales and marketing background and breaks into a new industry by starting Prewett Pest Control in Alabama. He documents his journey and interviews experts from both within and outside the pest control industry. (Like Dan and Donnie!) Topics include marketing, branding, sales, operations, developing a team and company culture.
The Wildlife Control Podcast
Kyle Waltz, who owns Conserv Pest & Wildlife Services and has built and sold multiple wildlife control companies from scratch throughout the U.S., provides tactical advice on marketing, sales, management and various ways you can grow your wildlife control business.
PMPs Steve Jackson and Bryan Baird have one of the most established podcasts on our list with 185 episodes under their belts.
