In spring 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and pest control companies were grappling with what to do, PCO Bookkeepers Managing Member Dan Gordon and Donnie Shelton, president of Coalmarch and Triangle Home Services, combined efforts to help their clients and friends cope with the challenges.
The result was a well-attended webinar series during the months of April and May. By the end of the summer, they pivoted and turned that series into a weekly podcast for pest control operators, PMP Industry Insiders, which is marking its one-year anniversary and now has its own dedicated website.
